I have created a panel for PS 6. I often use tool shortcuts (such a "b" for brush, "e" for eraser). Before loading my created panel extension, the tool shortcuts work as expected. When I load my created panel the tool shortcuts no longer work properly. Example: if I have the Move tool selected and then press "b" for brush, the brush tool becomes selected, but only briefly and than switches back to the Move tool. This happens with all key shortcuts. The tool becomes briefly selected and then switches back to the Move tool.
If I then select Eraser tool manually and then try a shortcut key for another tool, it will switch back to the Eraser tool.
I am creating the panel for beginners who will most likely select the tool manually and this works, but if they start using shortcut keys, than this will be a problem.
I tested by eliminated all tools from the panel, but the above problem still happens.
When I restart Photoshop and do not load the extension panel, the shortcut keys work properly. As soon as I load the panel the above problem returns.
I am on Mac 10.8.4. Using Configurator 3.
