How do I unsubscribe from PDF Pack? I had only wanted it for my bank statements to make into excel docs. Turns out my downloads are for viewing only from my bank. Besides the instruction for unsubscribing says to go to the Subscription Manager which has cost me at least an hour before I gave up. Then I called the 800 number, I was put in a call back queue which called me 3 times with no one at the other end. I am loosing faith in Adobe. HELP.
